Latin- Jazz Choreographer and Dancers Needed for May Musical at Denver 100 seat Theater. Salsa, Cha Cha, Mambo, Cumbia, Joropo dances with minimal acting and mainly dancing. The main dancer is "Melissa" in the musical and she is a dancer and choreographer for Latin Jazz music. Follow "Melissa" as she leaves her hometown of Montreal, Canada and travels to Colombia, Cuba, Venezueala, and then back to Montreal to perform her "Mambo Steps" ballet. Need Main Solo (partner) Dancers "Melissa" and "Paulino" and other solo dancers and partner dancers familiar with salsa style music. Also looking to form the MAMBO STEPS dance line (7-10 dancers that dance in a line during the theme). Shows will be Friday nights starting in May and one Sunday Video Shoot. This musical is community theater equity waiver and all are welcome to audition. Most likely the musical will be a benefit for local communities.
